Vape Smoke Returns Policy

At Vape Smoke, we strive to provide excellent service and hassle-free returns. Below, you'll find all the necessary information regarding our returns policy. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returning Unwanted Items

  • Unwanted items must be returned in unopened, unused, and original condition, including the original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase (excluding E-Liquids).

Returning Faulty Items

  • If an item is faulty, you may return it even without the original box. However, if possible, returning it in its box helps us process returns more efficiently.
  • All electronic cigarette components have a limited lifespan and may need replacement over time.
  • If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

Product-Specific Return Guidelines

  • Atomizers & Coils: Covered under a Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt if your coils are faulty.
  • E-Liquids: Cannot be returned once opened. If you received the wrong item, please do not open the bottle and contact us immediately. We cannot accept returns of opened E-Liquids for health and safety reasons, even if the wrong item was sent.
  • External Batteries (18350, 18650, 20700, 21700): Covered by a 30-day warranty for electrical faults only. Physical damage or wear and tear is not covered.
  • Advanced Kits (6-month+ warranty): Warranty covers the main body/mod only (excluding the charging port). Chargers, coils, spare parts, and accessories are not covered.

Warranty Timeframes

All timeframes are calculated from the original purchase date:

  • Built-in Battery Box Mods – 6 Months
  • External Battery Box Mods – 6 Months
  • AIO Systems (Built-in/External Battery) – 6 Months
  • Pod Systems (Built-in/External Battery) – 6 Months
  • Tanks – Dead on Arrival Only
  • External Batteries – 30 Days
  • Coils/Atomizers – Dead on Arrival Only
  • Disposable Devices – Dead on Arrival Only

Important Note: If you receive a replacement for a faulty item, the warranty does not reset. The replacement item will only be covered under the original purchase warranty period.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vapesmoke.co.uk with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Preferred resolution (refund, replacement, etc.)

Return Eligibility

  • Faulty within 30 days → Eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Faulty after 30 days → Eligible for a like-for-like exchange or store credit of equal value.
  • Unwanted items → Must be in unused, as-new condition and returned within 30 days.

Postage Costs

  • Faulty within 30 days → Vape Smoke covers return shipping costs.
  • Faulty after 30 daysCustomer covers return shipping.
