Shipping policy
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Options & Costs

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
- Orders containing age-restricted products (such as vape devices and e-liquids) will require age verification at checkout and upon delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us at support@vapesmoke.co.uk
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 working days before contacting us.
- Vape Smoke is not responsible for delays caused by couriers. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
